“Chef Brian has been working for me and my family privately since 2009. Brian has done everything in my home as a private chef including preparing meals ranging from breakfast and brunch to casual, poolside, barbecues, entertaining, as well as higher end private dinners for me, my guests and clients. We are not a formal home, yet we do appreciate the professional and ego free manner in which Brian carries himself.
My husband is a vegetarian and always raves about Brian’s creativity and variety of real, true vegetarian meals. My husband prefers Brian’s food to any restaurant and we have never gotten bored of Brian’s creations.
I have always been extremely comfortable having Brian in my home, including when we are not home. I can tell that Brian is very comfortable in my home as well. Chef Brian has been preparing meals for our family of 3 and sometimes 4 for a year, and occasionally for holidays and dinner parties that we host.
Brian’s food is consistently delicious, and we always look forward to his days when he is here.
My family does have a kosher requirement which Brian has always adhered to.
He has also prepared several Indian dishes for us and our guests. Having been born and raised in India, I can tell you that his knowledge of authentic cuisine, including the layers of seasonings and spices are as good or better than any that I have ever had.
We do make certain requests, including a variety of salmon dishes and pizza, and every time he exceeds our expectations.
You will be very glad and never hungry when you hire Brian.
